CJ hosted a Cab tasting this evening. 2007 was a stellar year for Napa Cabernets and the evening turned out stellar also.
We dined are a wide variety of appetizers along with filet mignon and lamb chops. f course the star of the show was the wine. I brought a 2009 DeMargerie Grand Cru Champagne to start the soiree. It was a good start to the evening. Ended with Cuvee du Cent Cinquantenaire, Grand Marnier
